1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Products and Purchases

4.1 Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and information about our CS2 skins. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly, or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase through one of our accepted payment methods. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to use any payment method(s) you provide
• The payment information you supply is true, correct, and complete
• You will pay the full amount of all charges incurred on your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred

4.3 Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection systems.

Once we accept your order, we will deliver the digital goods to your specified Steam account or trade URL. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Steam information you provide is accurate.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by CS Gaming Hub, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as permitted by these Terms.

5.3 Trademarks

The CS Gaming Hub name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CS Gaming Hub or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of CS Gaming Hub. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

5.4 Third-Party Intellectual Property

CS Gaming Hub is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or the Counter-Strike franchise. All Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) game content, including skins, names, images, and related elements, are the intellectual property of Valve Corporation. We do not claim ownership of any CS2 game content.

6. User Content

If you submit, post, or display content on our Site (such as reviews, feedback, or comments), you grant CS Gaming Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the Site and our services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights in and to the content you submit
• The content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contractual rights, or any other rights of any person or entity
• The content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CS GAMING HUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CS GAMING HUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL CS GAMING HUB, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CS GAMING HUB FOR PURCHASES MADE THROUGH THE SITE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CS Gaming Hub, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in the United Kingdom, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@csgaminghub.com. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, including your account, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Any violation of these Terms may result in the termination of your access to the Site and may subject you to civil or criminal penalties.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and CS Gaming Hub regarding your use of the Site.

12.2 Waiver and Severability

No waiver by CS Gaming Hub of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of CS Gaming Hub to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without CS Gaming Hub's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. CS Gaming Hub may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
